Shipping policy

We want to get you your BUZBE products as soon as possible. We make every effort to process your order as fast as we can so you can put your Colony™ Modular Tackle Box™ and other BUZBE products to use.

CONTIGUOUS UNITED STATES

BUZBE uses either FedEx Ground service, FedEx Smart Post, or USPS Priority Mail on all shipments within the contiguous United States unless otherwise noted or an expedited option is selected by the customer. Please allow 1–5 business days for processing and an additional 1–6 business days for your order to arrive based on your location and products ordered. Look for a shipment tracking number via email when your order has been processed.

 

 

All "Delivery by" dates are estimates and not guaranteed. Shipping services and rates are subject to change without prior notice.

BUZBE offers free Ground or Smart Post shipping on qualified orders over $90. Valid on orders shipped in the contiguous United States only. Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii or any territory or jurisdiction outside of the contiguous United States are not eligible for free shipping.

We want to get you your BUZBE products as soon as possible. We immediately send each order to our distribution center to begin processing and fulfilling your order as fast as we can, and because of this, we cannot change or cancel anything on your order after it is placed. Please double check your shipping address before placing your order. BUZBE is only able to ship orders to the address provided at checkout. If you would like to make a change to cancel your order after placing it, please see our Returns & Exchanges Policy.

ALASKA AND HAWAII

All shipments to Alaska or Hawaii may incur an additional shipping charge based on weight or insured value of the package. If that happens, we’ll inform you of the new shipping charge before processing your order. Due to the distance, shipments will take a minimum of 5 business days to arrive. Look for a shipment tracking number via email when your order has been processed. 

Promotional shipping (e.g., free shipping) is only applied to orders shipped within the contiguous United States and does not apply to Hawaii or Alaska.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International orders are screened for fraud and are subject to approval. FedEx international shipping options will be displayed during the checkout process (before payment is required). 

Please note that most international shipments will incur additional charges (above & beyond the shipping charges). These charges are collected upon delivery and will include brokerage fees, import duties, taxes, etc. The brokerage charges are assessed by FedEx, but the duties and taxes are assessed by your country of residence. Every country and every shipment varies significantly. We have no knowledge of what additional charges will be collected upon delivery, if any.

International shipments are subject to delays. Many packages can be delayed by customs or quoted for a delivery time into the country and not necessarily to your location. When shipping internationally, allow an extra day or two for delivery to account for these possible delays.
