I bought these bags to organize tackle before a tournament. I spent $450 only to find out they are not waterproof. I fished a tournament during the rain and when I opened up lids to get out tackle bags that I never even unzipped had plenty of water in them. They are a waste of money to me not being waterproof and I would steer clear if you need a waterproof storage solution.
I originally purchased the swarm 28, and it was very nice but a little heavy, and no place for soft plastics, so I was gonna go with the breeze 15, however I was worried the boxes wouldn't be as high quality as colony boxes, however i was wrong, these boxes are awesome and this bag is light, a perfect change from the swarm 28 which I rated 4/5 this is definitely a 5/5
I never received my order so I can't say how the product is and works
The rod cover was much better than expected. Have the webbing type as well but these work better I really like the adjustability.
Sent pictures of latch & they replaced box because of quick response I ordered #2 utility boxes boxes or great love them have #14 boxes
Nice material seem to work just not long enough. I have 7 foot rods didn’t think that they covered enough. Had I known that I would have got longer. I like them just wish they protected more of the rod.
This system is awesome I am able to free up so much room by switching over to these bags great product
I thought I was ordering the kit with 4 colony box inserts. My mistake.
You can fit a enormous amount of baits in these things and there very high quality
Finally have a box that keeps lures, weights, and hooks in one compartment
Good tackle it's a little pricey but it is heavy duty. Will most likely purchase more in the future. Purchased the rod sleeve and 28T.
It does weigh a lot and is slightly bulky but i think if I had chose the swarm 15 I might have not had this problem, they also came out with the breeze that I will be ordering. All around 8.5/10 and Excited for the breeze
The best tackle box system I’ve ever owned. I really like the flexibility you have to adjust the treys. You don’t have to worry about picking a jig or plastic body up and the divider coming out. All your tackle never gets mixed up. Just absolutely the best system. Everything else is falling behind. Great system. I highly recommend this box.
Very well engineered tackle storage. Love that you can switch out sizes of compartments.
While the regular Buzbe colony is a great idea, and I have and use several of them, I believe these ultimately put a similar or perhaps even larger capacity in a thinner box since they don't have the removable trays. It's still waterproof, still floats, and it's still built like a tank, but I can fit more of them in the same amount of space. So glad they did this!
Love your products! Any chance you may make a buzbee tackle backpack someday? That would be awesome:)
I am tired of the foam slat boxes that fall apart, don’t let hooks dry, and don’t hold the amount of gear I need for guiding. These seem to be the answers. I have been using them in my guide boat for a month and so far so good. The inserts stay put and don’t let small flies migrate through my boxes. A little spendy but if they hold up, well worth the money. - Great Divide outfitters
I use the half large to store Spinnerbaits ! It is far and away the most efficient, space saving ways that you can store these baits !
Get you a few of these and free up that valuable boat storage !!!
