I received a defective one. I sent two emails to Buzbe. It has been over a week now and I have not heard a thing back from them. I would hope that a company making top quality products would have top quality customer service especially at the premium price tag you pay. Unfortunately I have found their customer service to be absolutely terrible!!
This bag is as tough as they come. Just got done ordering the 28 swarm.
Can't wait to get it.
Awesome bag , tougher than anything I've seen on the market , should last for many many years of hard fishing.
